Return, refunds and exchange policies

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns

You may return eligible items within [15/30] days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging (if applicable).

  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at 📧 david@thisartistsdream.com. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Digital products or downloads

  • Gift cards

  • Sale/clearance items (unless defective)


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We’re not responsible for items lost in return transit.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • It may take 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.


Exchanges

Want to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style? Contact us and we’ll do our best to help, depending on availability.


Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it's damaged or defective, contact us within [48–72 hours] of delivery so we can make it right.
